As one of the prime tourist destinations in the country, Orlando has a very high number of lodging options. There are luxury as well as economy facilities, all within a short drive of the Caribe Royale, the conference hotel. The Caribe includes free parking, whether you are staying there or not.

Orlando, as befits a tourist, educational and commercial center, boasts a truly huge range of restaurants. From “character breakfasts” at theme parks – always a favorite with the kids – to economy through upscale tourist facilities on International Drive, to nationally recognized establishments throughout the city, pretty much whatever you are looking for you can find in Orlando. Consult any recognized dining guide (i.e. Zagat’s for dining options. For a four-diamond dining experience, you need travel no further than the main building of our conference hotel, which includes The Venetian Room, open Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00pm-10:00pm. Other dining options at the Caribe include the Tropicale, Café Largo and Java’s Coffee Café. For informal get-togethers at the Caribe, there are three bars and lounges, each featuring its own atmosphere and specialties.

Bringing the family and want to experience a Disney Resort? Disney offers (count ‘em!) twenty-nine resort options on property, with a very wide range of pricing. See Disney’s resort web page for details. Universal Studios Orlando includes three resort options. Plus, of course, any of the web-based reservation websites (Travelocity, Expedia, etc.) can provide you with a seemingly endless list of lodging options. Note: for lodging other than at the conference hotel, you will probably wish to rent a car.
